Andre Crafts 5-0 Shutout Wednesday, August 7th , 2030 In an outstanding mound performance, San Jose Giants starter Justin Andre fired a complete-game shutout against the Lake Elsinore Storm at Lake Elsinore Diamond today. Andre was the key to the Giants's 5-0 win. The 25-year-old right-hander was in high spirits on the mount for much of the game, his mood largely undented by the 2 hits and 6 walks he allowed. "2 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter as long as it was a shutout." This year Andre has a 5-9 record with a 6.01 ERA. View Boxscore |
