Chicago's Ledezma Sidelined for Season Thursday, June 8th , 2051 Manny Ledezma has to call it a season. The Chicago Rage reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Atlanta Whale Sharks and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Ledezma was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn ulnar collateral ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 12-13 months. Ledezma's record this season is 1-and-0 with 2 saves and a 3.82 ERA. He has given up 34 hits in 33 innings with 15 strikeouts. |
