Hanna Caps Great Week Monday, June 12th , 2051 Doug Hanna of the St. Louis Pioneers might have lost a step over the years, but the 37-year-old shortstop can still get it done. He beat out several other worthy Freshmaker League hitters over this past week to claim the Player of the Week Award. Hanna posted a .600 batting average with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs last week while scoring 7 runs. For the week he was 12 for 20. Thus far this year Hanna has hit .287 with 2 home runs and 27 RBIs. |
