Ward's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback Friday, October 2nd, 2037 Rangers reliever Eric Ward has suffered a setback in his rehabilitation for shoulder tendinitis. He was expected to finish treatment soon and rejoin the team slightly ahead of schedule. Doctors reevaluated him after he felt severe pain in a recent workout. The preliminary examination revealed more damage and is worse than the first injury. Anonymous sources in Beaverton told BNN Eric Ward would be absent from the roster quite a bit longer than originally diagnosed. He would now have to miss at least 5 days.
