DraftDodger Round 1 Dust-up Goes the Distance, Kansas Prevails Monday, September 26th , 2050 The sweet swing of Juan Cabrera has led his team through the DraftDodger Round 1 Dust-up. The Kansas Outlaws star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Lake County Neanderthals to advance to the Eckstein4Prez Final Jeopardy. The Outlaws won the final game at Neanderthal Cave by a score of 7-3 and the series 3-2. "I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Cabrera. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs." For the series, Cabrera hit .500 with a .550 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Kansas Outlaws will play against the Oklahoma City Stampede in the next round. Oklahoma City won their series against the Silver Springs Mech-a-Hawks 3 games to 1.
