Treleaven on Fire: 5-for-6 for Bridgeport
Henry Treleaven was at the head of a Bridgeport Blue Fish hit parade today at Donkeys Ballpark. The 20-year-old went to the plate 6 times and came away with 5 hits, but it was the Mahoning Valley Scrappers that marched off with the 13-11 win.

"We didn't have it today," griped Blue Fish skipper following the game. "Henry did fine, but as a team, we didn't do it with the bats and we didn't do it pitching."

Treleaven did more than fine, dominating the Scrappers at the plate during his record-making 5-for-6 performance.

"Each time I went to the plate, I was thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging shortstop told reporters. "When I focus on that, I usually have quality at-bats."

Henry Treleaven singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Bob Bly in the 3rd, hit a three-run triple in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Gary Johnson in the 6th, struck out in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
