Rangers Ballpark in Arlington was the site for National League action featuring the Texas Rangers and Milwaukee Brewers.

Brewers center fielder Santiago Romero put his stamp on his team's 11-6 win over the Texas Rangers. Romero was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Milwaukee in the contest. The third-place Brewers are 18-20.

Milwaukee relied on the bat of Ray Day to get the win. The left fielder ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Brewers ahead, 3-1. For the game, Day had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

Brewers manager John Healy wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."
