Milwaukee rode a fine outing from starter Pedro Guevara to victory over the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park. The final score was 4-2. The win puts Milwaukee at 29-44.

Stanley Hawkins, the 26-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Hawkins contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the fourth inning to put Milwaukee up, 3-1.
