Kemper Now 7-3 After Subduing Twins

In a low-scoring affair between the Washington Nationals and the Minnesota Twins, pitcher Billy Kemper was the difference between victory and defeat. The Washington right-hander earned accolades in the 2-0 Nationals win. The Nationals have an impressive 55-19 record.
