Royals Absorb 6-2 Loss at Rogers Centre
|
Behind a fine performance from Paul Robertson, the Toronto Blue Jays knocked off the Kansas City Royals, 6-2. Robertson was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times for the Blue Jays. Dave Braun was the winner. Over 6 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 6 hits, with 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. The third-place Blue Jays lifted their record to 62-68.
