Miguel Ballerini was a vital contributor to the 9-2 Cincinnati victory over Pittsburgh. The Reds right fielder hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Cincinnati starter Ichizo Ine was credited with the win after throwing 102 pitches over 7 innings. His record now stands at 2-3. Now 11-14, the Pirates have not played well this season.
