5-Hit Blitz by Anderson Sunday, May 31st , 2071 There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day. Justin Anderson is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-5 against the Indianapolis Indians at PNC Field today. The monster effort from the 32-year-old left fielder helped the Scranton WB Yankees take the win, 14-6. "We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Indians manager . "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today." Justin Anderson hit a three-run home run off Ben Williams in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th. Anderson is hitting .259 in 2071 with 10 RBIs and 5 home runs. |
