Decoste 5-for-7 Against Mudcats Tuesday, August 26th , 2070 The Smokies downed the Mudcats 6-5 today at Smokies Park as James Decoste exploded for 5 hits. "A couple times, I got a pretty good pitch to hit," the Tennessee second baseman told reporters in the postgame interview. "A couple times, I had to work for it. But I think they underestimated my abilities." James Decoste grounded out in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off George Hutchinson in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, singled in the 10th, flied out in the 12th and singled in the 14th.
