He shrugged off the performance after the game, saying "sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." José Rodríguez doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Pedro Vázquez in the 9th.
