Lodge Wins TEX Prize, Named Best Hitter in June Wednesday, July 1st , 2071 Even though he is a newcomer to Texas League, Jack Lodge put up some good numbers in June and earned the TEX Batter of the Month award. He was one of Frisco's offensive leaders with a .371 average in 23 games. He also racked up 10 home runs, 30 RBIs, and 29 runs scored. This season Lodge is batting .307 with 43 hits, 11 home runs, 37 RBIs, 16 walks, .389 OBP and has scored 41 runs. He has played in 34 games. |
