Four-bagger Feast: Ávila Slugs 3 for Lake County Sunday, July 5th , 2071 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Classic Park buzzing, Lake County Captains right fielder Mauro Ávila blasted a trio of home runs en route to a 17-5 win over the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. "Everything was clicking," Ávila told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Ávila shined brilliantly in the win, with 5 hits in 5 at-bats, 10 RBIs and 4 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Captains manager said. "Mauro played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." Mauro Ávila was hit by a pitch in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Manuel Rosa in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Juan Guzmán in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Lorenzo Pérez in the 8th.
