Hollin Hittin' on All Cylinders Wednesday, August 6th , 2070 Tracy Hollin had a banner day at the plate today, stringing together all four legs of the cycle as the Long Island Ducks beat the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, 17-1. Hollin drilled 5 hits in 6 at-bats, collecting 6 RBI and scoring 3 runs to capture the win for Long Island. "I was fortunate to see some good pitches and I was fortunate to be able to make the most of them," he said later. "It was a good day for us." Tracy Hollin hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a three-run triple in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit an RBI triple in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Sun Xuan in the 9th. So far this season Hollin has gotten 64 hits in 218 at-bats for a .294 batting average with 6 home runs. His stats include 45 RBIs and 36 runs scored. He has played in 60 games. |
