Hollin Socks It to Scrappers, Cracks 5 Hits Wednesday, August 6th , 2070 All game long, Long Island's Tracy Hollin was rattling the walls at Eastwood Field and banging out base hits against the Mahoning Valley Scrappers. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Ducks had a 17-1 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 23-year-old center fielder said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Tracy Hollin hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a three-run triple in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit an RBI triple in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Sun Xuan in the 9th. Thus far this year Hollin has hit .294 with 6 home runs and 45 RBIs. |
