Bennett on Fire: 5-for-7 for Batavia Saturday, June 27th , 2071 The Batavia Muckdogs tripped up the Bridgeport Blue Fish 22-12 today. The Muckdogs were led by Stephen Bennett, their 24-year-old second baseman. Bennett made life miserable for Bridgeport pitchers all day, tagging them for 5 hits in 7 at-bats. Stephen Bennett grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, singled in the 6th, doubled in the 7th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 9th.
