Osprey Lose Cao for Season Wednesday, July 30th , 2070 The season is finished for Ning Cao of the Missoula Osprey. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Osprey reliever suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Pulaski Mariners. Team doctors said it would take at least 8 months to heal. To date this year Cao has saved 0 games while tossing 34.2 innings. He has a 5.97 ERA, fanned 40 batters and made no relief appearances. |
