Burnaby College Cornhuskers starter Ken Coulter was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Surrey College Giants, 3-1. Bill Johnson finished the game for Burnaby College and earned his 18th save. With the win, Burnaby College upped its record to 27-14.
Burnaby College took the lead in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Mike Sharpe stroked a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Cornhuskers.
