Mack on Fire: 5-for-5 for Las Vegas

There are moments in a player's career that they will not soon forget.
Kevin Mack of the Las Vegas Pocket Aces had one such moment at River Rats Park today, when he went 5 for 5 at the plate. His hitting heroics weren't enough to pull out the victory, however, and Las Vegas fell to a 11-10 defeat to the Mississippi River Rats.
"This was quite a day for me individually, but a little disheartening at the same time," the 25-year-old center fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "It would have been very special if we had won the game."
Kevin Mack singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Luis Sheehan in the 8th.
This season Mack is batting .345 with 7 RBIs, 6 runs scored and 2 home runs.
