Koodo Center was the site of a tense game between the Anaheim Blue Wahoos and Dorris Donut Squad.

The Dorris Donut Squad got a strong performance from pitcher Tim Batista, who stymied the Anaheim offense en route to a 3-2 win at Koodo Center. Chris Stamm closed the door for Dorris, picking up his 10th save of the year.

It could have been a different outcome for Dorris, had it not been for Chris McLaurin, the 20-year old third baseman . McLaurin contributed a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put Dorris up, 3-1.

"We played a good game and came out on top," said McLaurin.

With the victory, the Donut Squad record now stands at 26-20.
