Tilo Lights Out in Shutout Win Saturday, June 27th, 2037 Uigaese Tilo bent a little, but he didn't break against the Port Moresby Wigmen. The Vanuatu Vulcans pitcher hurled a 4-hit 8-0 shutout in a fine performance, surrendering 2 walks and tallying 5 strikeouts. "Uigaese is good at getting out of jams," Vulcans manager David Damrel told reporters after the game. "He's almost more effective when he gets guys on base or gets behind in the count, because he uses your aggressiveness against you."
