Hobbs Leads Neiafu to 10-0 Win Over Feleasiu Thursday, September 17th , 2065 Anthony Hobbs had an impressive outing at Field of the Chiefs today, hurling the Neiafu Chiefs to a 10-0 shutout victory over the Feleasiu Sluggers. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Feleasiu skipper said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the right-handed Hobbs yielded 5 hits and tallied 11 strikeouts with 1 walk. To this point in the season Hobbs has 9 wins and 2 losses and a 2.67 ERA. |
