Norsup-Kokoda Brawl, Pua and Bartley Suspended Saturday, August 22nd , 2065 If there wasn't a history between Lisati Pua of Norsup and Denzel Bartley of Kokoda, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 5 and 6 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Pua said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." In his stats this season, Pua has posted a batting average of .182 with 18 hits in 99 at-bats, 2 home runs and 8 RBIs. He has also scored 7 runs, walked 18 times and compiled a .325 OBP. His record this season is 8-7 in 17 starts and Bartley has a 3.20 ERA. |
