Takayawa Wins MAA Player of the Week Honors Monday, October 5th , 2065 Alfi Takayawa of the Sigatoka Aviators was locked in all week as he bullied the pitchers he faced. Takayawa put up some great numbers and hauled in the Melanesia AA Player of the Week trophy. He hit .440 with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs. The 21-year-old first baseman also scored 6 runs and for the week went 11-for-25. So far on the season Takayawa is hitting .255 with 28 home runs, 84 RBIs and 65 runs scored. He has 99 hits and played in 118 games. |
