Best MAA Reliever Named Saturday, October 17th , 2065 William Ioane said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 21 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Wau Earthquakes rising star has won the Melanesia AA Reliever of the Year Award for 2065. He captured the award on the strength of his 2.54 ERA over 74.1 innings. He also had 15 saves in 46 relief appearances, 95 strikeouts and only 35 walks. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Harold Bais of the Sigatoka Aviators finished second in voting, while Watkin Wasuka of the Kokopo Heat finished third.
