Halaifonua Belts Bunch of Base Hits Wednesday, July 29th , 2065 It was a parade of hits for Viliami Halaifonua of the Aregua HS Land Sharks at Ballpark of Aregua HS today. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Halaifonua finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Land Sharks to a 15-4 victory. "Halaifonua was really good and we were really bad," groaned Matrix manager . "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Viliami Halaifonua grounded out in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Nick Chapman in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th. Thus far this year Halaifonua is batting .378 with 3 home runs, 24 RBIs and 32 runs scored. |
