Bolatagane Blisters Arawa College Sunday, June 21st , 2065 Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. Alusio Bolatagane of the Wewak College Cows had one of those moments when he went 5-for-5 at the plate today in the 5-1 win over the Arawa College Maroons at Ballpark of Wewak College. "I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 18-year-old center fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years." Alusio Bolatagane singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and singled in the 8th. Bolatagane is hitting .310 in 2065 with 4 RBIs and 1 home run. |
