The Euless Trojans faced a tough opponent in Plum pitcher Ed King, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Broncos Stadium by a final score of 7-2. King went 6 innings and allowed 2 runs. The loss drops Plum to 2-6.
Euless took the lead, 5-2, on Pung-cho Lee's 1st home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Plum pitcher Alfredo Méndez in the bottom of the eighth.
"It's nice to step up when your team needs you," said Lee.
