The game between Beaver and Curacao is in the books, despite a little rain.

Eddie Lloyd was nothing short of phenomenal for the Beaver Fighters. The 20-year-old right-hander was a big reason his team beat the Curacao Punches, 4-0. Beaver currently is in third place in the Wagners League East Division at 33-31.

Lloyd made it look effortless. He scattered 1 hit over 7 innings, while racking up 9 strikeouts. The Beaver right-hander encountered little resistance from the Curacao hitters. His season record is now 4-2.

"At the end of the day, it's about putting up zeros," said Lloyd.
