The home team gave their fans plenty to cheer about, with a thrilling walk-off win.

The Buffalo Bisons picked up a win at Ballpark of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, knocking off the Indianapolis Indians, 5-3. Starting pitcher Stan Hunter was a big reason why. Jerry Vickers, now 3-1, was credited with the win in 1.2 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit, while striking out 1 and walking 0.

The decisive blow was delivered by Daron Clark in the bottom of the 13th when he hit a 2-run home run off 28-year old right-handed pitcher Chris Roberts to win the game for Buffalo. The home crowd went nuts.

"Exciting game to play in," said Hunter. "Getting the win makes it even better."

Buffalo now sports a record of 35-25.
