Guest Dodgers Win, 2-0, at Washington
|
Los Angeles Dodgers starter Max Carroll was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Washington Nationals, 2-0. Jim Rasmussen earned the save, his 9th. The Dodgers have now won 4 straight.
Los Angeles used the hitting of Gene Salazar to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a solo home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Dodgers on top, 2-0. For the game, Salazar had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"My gosh almighty, Max was tremendous," said Los Angeles manager Graham Elliot.
