Edmonton Gets 7-1 Road Win
Willie Cherry was locked and loaded, helping the Edmonton Trappers beat the Ottawa Knights, 7-1. The win gives Edmonton a season record of 22-12.

Edmonton used the bat of Nick Young to get the win. The second baseman hammered a grand slam home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Trappers ahead, 5-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Cherry told the Edmonton Gazette.
