Ottawa Beats Edmonton as Sutton Throws 3-0 Shutout
|
Don Sutton of the Ottawa Knights put the clamps on the opposition and held the Edmonton Trappers scoreless in a 2-hit win.
"He's got some good stuff, but we should have done better than that," said Edmonton skipper Connor MacNamara after the 3-0 loss.
Sutton was on target most of the game and finished with 5 strikeouts and 1 walk.
So far this season Sutton has 1 win and 5 losses and a 6.38 ERA.
