Seals Pull Even With 2-1 Victory
|
California Seals starter Eric Norman was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Carolina Sea Unicorns, 2-1. With the win, California raised its record to 22-22.
California grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Norman, who finished 3rd in the CL in strikeouts with 234 in 1968, hit a solo home run. His 1st home run of the season put the Seals out in front, 2-1.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Norman.
