Pioneers Slap 5-3 Loss on Blue Jays
|
The Redwood Pioneers topped the Toronto Blue Jays, 5-3, in Canis League action at SkyDome. The standout performance belonged to Redwood pitcher and Osprey, Florida, native Charles Johnston. Johnston went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 3, and struck out 8. His record improves to 2-1. Chandler Davis nailed down his 19th save.
