Eddies Pick Up 2-1 Road Win Over Puerto Rico
The Iron City Eddies turned back the Puerto Rico Hurricanes, 2-1, at Estadio Hiram Bithorn. Jing-xiang Lok, in particular, had a fine performance. He was 3-3 with a home run and a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Iron City pitcher Donald Talley got the win, upping his record to 2-4. Kurt Bradshaw got the loss. The Eddies have now won 4 straight.

Lok had a critical at-bat in the top of the seventh for Iron City, coming through with a run-scoring single to put Iron City in front, 2-1.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Eddies manager Sergio Tamayo, "I like our chances."
