McDaniel Dominant in Stars Victory
In a tight game between the Hollywood Stars and the Honolulu Rays, pitcher Scott McDaniel was terrific on the mound. The Hollywood left-hander helped his team to the 3-1 win. The Stars sit in 9th place in the Ursa Division with a record of 28-38.

McDaniel was effective for Hollywood, seldom allowing the Rays to square up a pitch. The left-hander tossed 108 pitches over 8 innings. He limited Honolulu to just 1 run on 3 hits.

"Scott did a tremendous job," said Hollywood manager Buddy Davis.
