Reynolds Now 4-5 After Subduing Athletics
|
Pitcher Shane Reynolds was sensational for the Toronto Blue Jays in his team's 2-0 triumph over the Oakland Athletics. Reynolds picked up the win, and it was well-earned. With the win, Toronto goes to 26-19, while the Athletics fall to 21-24.
Reynolds delivered a quality start for Toronto. The 6' 3" right-hander allowed no earned runs on 3 hits over 8 innings of work.
"I just try to put up zeroes," said Reynolds, "and let the rest take care of itself."
