Hagen Goes on Rampage Against Scarecrows Thursday, August 14th , 1997 The Ft. Wayne Isotopes upended the Scottsdale Scarecrows at Scarecrows Ballpark today, thanks in large part to shortstop Sean Hagen, who had a smashing day with the bat, racking up 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His big effort helped propel the Isotopes to a 5-4 victory. Sean Hagen singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Eric Turner in the 5th, struck out in the 6th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 10th. For the year Hagen is batting .413 with 62 hits and 3 home runs. He has scored 39 times and driven in 15. |
