Rays Suffer 9-3 Setback
Nashville picked up a win at Tropicana Field, bumping off the Tampa Bay Rays, 9-3. Pitcher Chris Short was a major reason the Stars emerged victorious. The win gives Nashville a record of 27-5.

Nashville used a timely hit from Johan Camargo to get the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Stars ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"We did a lot of things right," said Camargo.
