Buffalo Moves on to League Championship Series
The playoff push continues for the Buffalo Bisons as they seek to capture the AAA Championship Series..

The Division Series came to a close tonight at Wranglers Ballpark as the Bisons eliminated the Potomac Nationals 4-1, with a 2-1 victory in the clinching game.

"Individual stats don't even matter at this time of year, we got to the next round and that's all I care about," said John Hansen, who in fact put up strong individual stats to be named series MVP. "I'm proud of the guys and the effort we put forward. We're all pulling in the same direction right now."

For the series, Hansen had a 0.00 ERA over 4.2 innings pitched. He added 1 strikeout with a 1-0 record.

The Buffalo Bisons will play against the Quebec City Navigateurs in the next round. Quebec City won their series against the Louisville Bats 4 games to 1. The League Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes.
