Coates Gone for Season in Rome Wednesday, April 24th , 1996 The Rome Braves were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher Jack Coates left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Coates has suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. |
