Acushnet Center Downed, 11-10, by Luvables
Acushnet Center got a terrific game from designated hitter John Dailey. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Lansing, 11-10, in 10 innings. Dailey slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. The first-place Luvables have won 4 straight games.

The most important at-bat for Lansing came in the top of the tenth inning, when pinch hitter William Brooks stroked a first pitch changeup to center for a run-scoring single, putting Lansing up, 11-10.

"This was one of those 'not to be denied' games," said Lansing field general Oliver Jephson.
