DY-NO-MITE: Larson Blasts 4 Against Attack
Columbus College Mud Cats first baseman Cordell Larson totally decimated the Milwaukee College Attack today, finishing with 4 home runs in a 25-1 Columbus College win.

The Attack had no answer for Larson, who finished the day 4-for-5 with 9 RBIs and 5 runs scored.

"What can I say? My guys could've shot the ball out of a rifle and he'd probably hit them out anyway," said Milwaukee College skipper Ramón Méndez. "There's nothing you can do when a guy gets in that kind of zone, you just hope he cools down some before you have to face him again."

When asked about his record performance, Larson responded, "After the first two I just tried to do everything the same way and it worked."

Cordell Larson grounded out in the 1st, hit a GRAND SLAM off Dale Graham in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Emílio Ortíz in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Michael Cote in the 4th and hit a two-run home run off Chris Jewell in the 6th.

During the current season Larson is batting at a .438 clip with 15 home runs and 39 RBIs. He has played in 26 games and scored 26 times.
