The Eldersburg Yellow Jackets picked up a win at Eldersburg Grounds, knocking off the Annapolis Royal Canonballers, 3-2. Starting pitcher Will Campbell played a key role in the triumph. After today's action, Eldersburg sits at 24-25, while Annapolis falls to 23-26.

The decisive blow was delivered in the bottom of the ninth when Jamie Copeland hit a solo home run off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Mark Moody to win the game for Eldersburg. The home crowd went wild.

"We'll sip on a cold one and savor this win," said Campbell.
