Paul Sullivan, the 11th overall pick in the 2109 draft, was locked in. The right-hander led the Peoria Pepes to a 5-3 win against the South Hampton Lobsters at Million Dollar Field. The 5th-place Pepes now have a record of 43-36.

Boris Mamurovsky had the most critical at-bat for Peoria. With two in the top of the tenth inning, Mamurovsky hit a first pitch fastball from Billy Wilson for a 2-run double. It put Peoria in front, 5-3.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Mamurovsky.
