Though the conditions were not ideal, the Longwood Lancers and Air Force Falcons came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

The Longwood Lancers got production from their entire lineup in an easy 15-0 win over the Air Force Falcons. Doing his part was left fielder Tony Blevins. Blevins went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5. The second-place Lancers lifted their record to 15-11.

Longwood designated hitter John Elliott went deep in the bottom of the first. His 3-run home run off Air Force pitcher Luis Ibarra put the Lancers in front, 3-0. It was his 10th home run of the season.

"Our bats were on fire," said Blevins.
